• Organize in-person events in cities where we have a strong member presence

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers — including Stripe (payments), Beehiiv (email), Softr (member portal), Airtable (database), and Netlify (hosting) who help us operate the platform. These providers are contractually required to protect your information.
• Other members — your username, league standings, and roster information may be visible to other members within your league as part of the fantasy experience.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

We will never share your email address, payment information, or private account details with other members or third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct — update inaccurate or incomplete information via your My Account page
• Delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Portability — request a copy of your data in a portable format

Court Vision Fantasy is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account we will terminate that account and delete associated information promptly.

Our platform may contain links to third party websites including our community platform and social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
