Court Vision Fantasy ("Court Vision," "we," "us," or "our") is a women's basketball fantasy league platform operated by Assisted by Cherié LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, doing business as Court Vision Fantasy. Our platform is accessible at courtvisionfantasy.com and play.courtvisionfantasy.com.
Court Vision Fantasy offers season-long fantasy leagues for women's basketball, including the WNBA, NCAA conferences, Unrivaled, and Athletes Unlimited. Members may participate in fantasy drafts, compete on leaderboards, and win prizes.

You may not create more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and any associated entry fees forfeited.
Court Vision Fantasy offers paid fantasy league entry. By paying an entry fee you agree to the following:
Court Vision Fantasy operates as a skill-based fantasy sports platform. Our contests are based on the accumulated statistical performance of real athletes across multiple games and are not considered gambling under applicable federal law (the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006).
However, fantasy sports regulations vary by state. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation in paid fantasy sports contests is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly accept entry fees from residents of states where paid fantasy sports are prohibited.
Each fantasy league uses a slow snake draft format with 24-hour pick windows. By entering a league you agree to:

Leaderboards are updated weekly. Final season standings are determined at the conclusion of the regular season.
Court Vision Fantasy offers an optional premium membership that provides access to advanced statistics, insider content, and exclusive community features. Premium memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a membership period.

All content on Court Vision Fantasy — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Assisted by Cherié LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Player statistics and game data are used under applicable fair use principles for fantasy sports purposes.
Court Vision Fantasy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assisted by Cherié LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Court Vision Fantasy, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the total entry fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Assisted by Cherié LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of Court Vision Fantasy after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
